Why should we pick you?- You should pick me because I'm a very friendly person:) I know how to run a server and how to cooperative between fellow players. For example I can deal in a Situation where 2 or more players are arguing between something. I can calm them both down and recommend a better solution to both of their problems. I can code (not really good just know the basics) plugins. But overall I have a good heart, I think ill fit in the community very well. I have a lot of experiences with hackers so I can immediately tell who's a hacker and who's not. Ive run my server several times so I know what it's like to be under pressure and how to run a server as a staff member. Also I love the server as it is an PvP server which is my favourite. If a person is feeling left out, bored, sad, or in any way bad etc. I will try to cheer up the person and make him happy again

Have you ever been a staff member on a server before? - I have been a staff member on a several servers before as Admin/Owner/Mod. I've even run my own server several times.
How many hours per day can you spend on the server? - On weekdays I can spend 3 -4 days, Weekends I can spend 4 - 5 hours
This is because I feel uncomfortable doing the task, my skills aren't good. I hope you don't mind me not doing the plugin task... Just I don't feel comfortable coding plugins because I'm not proffesional and I just think I'm not the right guy for coding. Sorry :/
